In case you want to produce the noise(s) yourself make sure you have a filter with very steep slopes (40th order), so the edges of the individual noise bands are clearly heard as pitches, while the three most narrow bands - noise 1, 14 and 18 - should sound almost as if they were single sine tones. Finally, don't match the dynamics: Wider noise bands remain louder than the narrower ones.
